Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant at Gupta Jain & Associates LLP. The Article Assistant will be responsible for various tasks related to statutory audits, internal audits, GAAP, GAAS, regulatory requirements, certifications, business reporting, taxation, and more. The role will involve collaborating with the team of Chartered Accountants and associates, working towards the firm's bigger vision, and providing services related to IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, Internal Audit, IFC, Due Diligence, Management Consultancy, Audit, Fund Raising, Virtual CFO, and Legal services.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle complex situations and make rightful decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Working towards or completed the Chartered Accountancy program
