Qualification: Article Trainee (CA Intermediate both groups cleared)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and are eager to pursue a career in direct taxation. As an Article Trainee - Direct Taxation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical exposure in various aspects of direct taxation while working alongside experienced professionals in our firm.

Candidate will get a Direct Exposure in Direct Tax as well as Merger and Acquisition / International Tax Matters / Corporate Restructuring / Compliance management.

Requirements:

• Must have cleared both groups of CA (Intermediate) examination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Tally.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in direct taxation and willingness to learn.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
