Scopely is looking for a Art Director to join Looney Tunes team in Bangalore! This is a full-time position, with a hybrid set-up of working from office and home.

What You'll Do
- Define the languages and aesthetic references to be followed by all members of the art team
- Develop illustrations, sketches, and storyboards to create examples and demonstrate the expected results for the art team
- Monitor the production of all material generated by the concept, 3D art, animation, and VFX teams, providing feedback when necessary
- Engage with various types of art beyond games and know how to translate and adapt specific concepts to meet the aesthetic, technical, and gameplay needs of the product
- Guide the career development of team members
- Actively participate in conflict management
- Maintain extremely high standards for art in general
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience producing conceptual art for games or equivalent professional experience in related fields
- Delivered 2 or more projects, having worked as an artist
- Experience of working with external teams, and maintaining relationships with quality deliverables
- Possess extensive knowledge of popular games, as well as, the work produced by leading studios and professionals in the gaming industry
- Experience in a leadership role, even if limited to a specific team
- Mastery in digital or traditional illustration techniques; master at least one illustration software
- Master image manipulation techniques
- Knowledge of 3D modeling softwares
- High level understanding of development techniques such as 3D art, animation, and VFX
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant Adobe products
- In-depth understanding of composition and color theory
- Ability to create memorable worlds from concept to final product
- Ability to drive the look and feel of a game
