Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, set deadlines, and provide design briefs to the team.- Oversee the creation and execution of campaign designs across various platforms including print, web, app, and video.
Develop and implement multilingual campaigns and ad designs.
- Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and client expectations.
Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a digital marketing agency.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Experience in designing and managing ad campaigns, campaign design, print design, and web/app design.
Proven ability to handle PPT design and other presentation formats.- Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients, understand project scope, set deadlines, and brief the team effectively.
- Strong research skills to keep up with industry trends.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of 60,000 - 80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
Terms
The selected candidate will be required to sign a bond for 1-2 years, agreeing not to resign or abscond during this period.
