Role Name: Art Director

Our Ideal Candidate Must be :

• Inspirational : Must inspire and mentor your team to come up with their insights and ideas that are bold and irreverent.
• Envisioner: Excellent visualization of the idea and have knowledge of print/web/video/social platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Interact with Designers/Copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
• Personally work on projects (this is not a desk job!) and also lead design teams to establish award winning creatives.
• Work closely with creative directors to schedule and monitor all projects and provide detailed direction to design teams.
• Assist in the education and development of designers.
• Advise the client on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.
• Help facilitate the development of creative briefs and attend client meetings.
• Assist in making presentations to clients.
• Be accountable for your work, and for the design teams you will lead.

Requirement :

• Hands-on experience on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• 3-6 years of design experience in a studio/design agency setting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics
