Job Description :

Responsible for Gold Loan and handling 50 plus branches.

Responsible for achievement of all business targets including targets, resources mobilization targets etc.

Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure smooth implementation process.

Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM which focused attention on NPA management.

Implementing a new security system to prevent an incident like fraud/ burglary/robbery/dacoit and train the team to handle situations under extreme pressure.
