Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing a team of service technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing service plans and strategies to meet customer needs and support company growth objectives
- Evaluating and optimizing service processes and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Proactively identifying customer needs and preferences, and developing solutions to meet or exceed expectations
- Collaborating with sales and product management teams to provide technical expertise and support for product sales and customer relations
- Representing the company at customer sites and industry events, and serving as a point of contact for customer feedback and inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
