Key Indicators
- Timely addressing of all service issues & quick support to Critical service issues of all direct customers
- Service Engineer effectiveness to maintain CSI for this region
- To meet & exceed targets for Key parameters like Service Revenue, Service Margin & PM execution
- Helix trigger management and issues management via immediate customer approach on having Helix trigger in mail inbox
- Supporting regional sales team with air-end opportunities through SPM & other more opportunities like VFD through Tech leads.
- Main profitability from PackageCARE contracts in the region
- Maintain Zero LTIR in region
- Close coordination with IR credit team & customer for keeping close watch on Account receivables & Service past dues.
