Responsibilities: As Area Service In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across Karnataka. Your responsibilities will include:

Home Appliance Industry Experience: Leverage your deep industry knowledge to make informed decisions and drive growth.

Business Operation: Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations for maximum efficiency.

New Vendor Development: Identify and collaborate with new vendors to expand our product offerings.

Process Improvement: Continuously optimize operational processes to enhance productivity.

Customer Service: Champion a customer-centric approach to elevate satisfaction and loyalty.

Relationship with Partners: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Service TAT (Turnaround Time): Set and achieve service delivery targets to exceed customer expectations.

Expanding Service Centre Network: Develop and expand our service center network.

Calls Management: Implement efficient call management strategies for timely issue resolution.

Net Promoter Score: Drive initiatives to improve our NPS and customer feedback.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven expertise in the Home Appliance Industry. Strong acumen in business operations and management. Demonstrated success in vendor development and process enhancement. Track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Exceptional relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in managing service TAT and expanding service center networks. Competence in calls management and enhancing Net Promoter Scores.
