Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team in the ISP sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, acquiring new customers, and growing existing customer relationships within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for internet services (fiber, DSL, wireless)
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored internet solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
