- He/ She will create an Action plan for achieving the Sales Target, breaking it down to End-user. segments/ areas/ no of end users etc. Corporate/ IT Parks, Large Commercial centers, Facility
Management companies, Quick Service Restaurant chains, Hotels will be the key. customer segments. - He/ She will create a Sales pipeline for New Business prospects, use Value-selling technique and close the accounts within a reasonable period. New Business Development will be focusing on key customer segments mentioned above.
- He/ She will appoint and manage Distribution partners that will service the end-users at the same time help in achieving the Sales target.
- He/ she will personally build strong relations with the decision-making authority within the end users. He/ She will get market information and share it.
- among the team e.g. competitor product strengths and weaknesses, new product launches, new product ideas.
Additional Responsibilities
- He/ She will provide Sales rolling forecast to Sales Coordinator& other monthly reports as per schedule.
- He/ She will coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for seamless flow of communication regarding supplies to distributors / End users.
- Identify & proposed cost saving initiatives /measures to HOD.
- Customer visit with Sample Product for Demo to be carried out (weight ranging from 10-12 kg).
Qualifications: Work Experience and Education +8 years work exp. (min. 4 years Sales experience with Project Sales from Chemical Industry or tool industry
Graduate or MBA
Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English
