Job Overview
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within your assigned area. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the paint industry.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
