Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager in Projects Sales with a history in
plumbing-related goods, builders and the government department. With minimum 3-4 years
of industry experience, you will use your existing network and the leads provided to drive
market orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize your existing network and leads to generate market orders.
Data Reporting: Proficiently use sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, Field
Assist) to report data, including location tracking, orders, payments, quotations, and
leads.
Performance Metrics: Achieve daily KPIs, maintain average order value, complete
weekly targets, and optimize conversion ratios.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach diverse clientele, nurturing leads into
successful sales.
Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with customers, providing tailored
solutions and exceptional service.
