Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Loan Officers and support staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's secured loan portfolio and increase market share.
• Monitor team performance metrics, including loan origination volume, conversion rates, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to secured lending practices.
• Collaborate with underwriters, risk management, and legal teams to streamline loan processing and mitigate credit risk.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, brokers, and business partners.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments affecting secured lending products.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives for team members.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
