Assign a member from the ADM team for sales execution support: Designate a team member to provide support for sales execution activities, likely from the Assistant District Manager (ADM) team.
Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to discuss inquiries: Work closely with senior members of the sales team to address and strategize responses to inquiries from potential clients.
Analyze market potential and expand business areas accordingly: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Participate in the performance evaluation of Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives: Assess the performance of sales team members and provide feedback to help them improve and meet their targets.
Conduct training sessions for the team to enhance sales effectiveness: Organize training sessions to improve the sales skills and effectiveness of team members.
Provide coaching on various aspects of sales: Offer guidance and coaching on presentation skills, negotiation tactics, client approach, and other aspects of the sales process to help team members improve their performance.
Gather feedback from clients: Collect feedback from clients on products and services to identify areas for improvement and generate referral inquiries.
Cultivate professional relationships with builders and architects: Build and maintain relationships with builders and architects to generate leads and foster business partnerships.
Maintain lead conversion ratio above 50%: Ensure that a high percentage of leads generated by the team are successfully converted into sales.
Set and meet sales targets: Establish sales targets for team members and work with them to ensure that these targets are met or exceeded.
Discuss monthly and quarterly targets with ADM: Regularly communicate sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
Address unresolved product and service issues: Resolve any issues or complaints from clients regarding products or services.
Mediate conflicts within the team: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts between team members or between different teams within the sales department.
Handle sales inquiries with high quotation amounts: Deal with sales inquiries that involve significant quotations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in the response.
Identify manpower requirements and assist in recruitment: Assess staffing needs for specific areas or territories and assist HR in recruiting suitable candidates.
Ensure punctuality and attendance: Ensure that team members attend morning calls and weekly meetings on time.
Monitor inquiry generation and update CRM: Keep track of the number of inquiries generated and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases accordingly.
Review DSR reports: Review daily sales reports from team members to monitor performance and progress.
Verify the work of team members: Check and confirm the work done by team members to ensure accuracy and quality.
Focus on team retention: Implement strategies to improve employee retention within the sales team.
Conduct market surveys: Conduct surveys to assess market trends and competitors activities.
Meet with ADs and ADMs regularly: Maintain regular communication and meetings with Assistant District Managers and other relevant team members.
Contribute to the development of new cities: Explore and contribute to the development of new cities as part of business expansion efforts.
Submit monthly reports: Provide regular reports on out-of-city visits and other relevant activities to the state manager.
Manage architect reward program: Oversee the enrollment of new architects in the reward program and ensure its effective management.
Plan out-of-city visit tours: Organize tours for sales team members to visit potential clients in other cities.
Plan personal out-of-city visits: Plan personal visits to other cities and discuss them with the state manager.
