JOB SUMMARY:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through effective sales
strategies, client engagement, and market analysis. This role focuses on achieving sales
targets, expanding the customer base, and promoting brand visibility within the designated
region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales forecasts and targets within specified time frames to increase
market presence and clientele.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing clients to drive
repeat business and sales growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and inform strategic
decisions.
2. Sales Promotion and Branding:
- Organize sales promotions and participate in industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Execute sales promotional activities for key products, ensuring product availability and timely
distribution.
3. Channel Sales Management:
- Manage and support secondary sales through a network of dealers and distributors.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential clients and analyze growth opportunities in the
region.

1. Achievement of sales targets
2. Growth in client base and business volume
3. Effectiveness of promotional campaigns and brand visibility
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Strong background in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Market Analysis, and
Channel Sales.
2. Proficiency in competitor analysis and strategic market positioning.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client
relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Relevant educational background and certification in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
are preferred.
