Sales and Business Development:
- Actively promote and sell Urja Mobility's battery and electric vehicle leasing solutions to a diverse customer base, including B2B and B2C clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct sales, online platforms, and industry events.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Acquire new clients and dealers in the market.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
- Represent Urja Mobility at trade shows, community events, and industry gatherings to engage potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
Customer Service and Operations:
- Customer Visits: Visit clients at their homes or businesses to collect overdue payments.
- Payment Collection: Verify the reason for non-payment, provide solutions for repayment, and collect outstanding dues (cash, cheques, or online payments).
- Record Keeping: Ensure all payments are accurately recorded and receipts are issued.
Job Specification:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the EV segment is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive, electric vehicle, or leasing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles and their various segments.
