Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop new accounts and achieve sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and support services utilization.
Source and secure new business to ensure company product growth, meeting new business targets.
Provide professional service and advice to ensure high client satisfaction, managing portfolios and databases efficiently.
Stay informed on industry news, competitor activity, and product knowledge to enhance performance.
Contribute to annual sales and marketing plans, focusing on key target customers in assigned areas.
Work with Accounts Receivable to define credit terms and ensure timely payments from customers.
Attend workshops and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Logistics software, Insurance, Commercial Vehicles, or related fields; experience with commercial fleet owners is a plus.
Graduation with at least 60% marks is mandatory.
Possession of a valid driving license and access to a working laptop.
Excellent ability to liaise with potential customers.
Proven track record in planning, organizing, and executing new business development initiatives.
Strong leadership and execution skills to achieve operational and tactical goals effectively.
Experience in product demonstration, especially in the SaaS industry, is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
