Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Tilara Polyplast located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing sales team performance, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development and Implementation, Sales Team Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Competitor Analysis skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
