About the Job:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Area Sales Manager typically oversees the sales force within their defined regional territory. They are responsible for managing sales operations, meeting targets, and supervising the sales team in the region.
- Managing day-to-day client risk and coordinating with Customer Service Executives (CSE) for account opening, resolving client queries (e.g., software download, terminal issue, stock transfer), and collecting funds.
- Direct reporting from all sales managers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate & Above
- Additional certificates: NCFM MF & FNO
- 8+ years experience in the Broking industry, with experience in handling a team of branch sales
- Exposure to capital markets
- Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office
