Position Title: Area Sales Manager

Compensation Range: 12,00,000 - 19,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team in the automotive sector. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated geographic area, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within the assigned area.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales volume.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Sales Forecasting: Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting activities to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management.
- Training & Development: Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) and MBA preferred.
- Experience: 6-12 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
