The Area Sales Manager will work on sales, distribution and revenue acquisition for the Retail Sales channel for assigned area. The ASM will also manage the adjoining districts of assigned area and create best infrastructure for channel sales (team of stockists/retailers) and optimize it for growth.
The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible to drive activations and rural engagement programs in order to promote Sun King products. This role will manage the distribution system & channel sales to optimize revenue along with optimal customer centricity and inclusivity.
What you would be expected to do:
- Managing distribution channel and creating best of the infra for the optimising revenue from the channel
- Increasing the acquisition of new retail partners
- Increasing the acquisition of new distributors/key accounts
- New product launch and marketing/branding on ground
- Optimising customer satisfaction on service experiences
- New channel expansion
- Drive planned activations throughout the month
- Implement the retail marketing plans as suggested by marketing team
- Addressing & providing 100% service issues within prescribed timeline

- 2-4 years of professional work experience
- Previous experience in driving sales within the same channel or from a similar industry
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to build strong partnerships with business partners & internal stakeholders
