Job Description:
As an Area Sales Manager at OMK Advisors, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned region, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will manage a team of sales professionals, oversee sales operations, and collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, increase market penetration, and expand our client base. Your expertise in technical sales and industry experience will help OMK Advisors grow and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance through detailed sales forecasts and pipeline tracking.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, driving performance improvement and ensuring adherence to company sales processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in technical sales and sales management within the financial services or loan industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to travel as required within the designated sales territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in loan sales and management.
