Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the area
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Team Leadership and Management:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the area
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their progress regularly
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners in the area
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Sales Operations:Monitor sales activities, track sales metrics, and prepare reports for management
Ensure efficient stock management and distribution in collaboration with logistics and warehouse teams
Implement sales and marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness
Territory Management:Define sales territories within the area and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales potential
Conduct regular market visits to understand local market dynamics and identify potential sales opportunities
Sales Performance Analysis:Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement and create action plans to address challenges

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management
