We are hiring for Area Sales Manager - Domestic Sales - West

Department: Sales

Experience: Min 5 7 years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/ MBA preferred

CTC: 10 - 12 LPA

Location: Andheri, Mumbai.

Industry Preference: Food Ingredient/ Flavour/ Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing portfolio of Key Accounts & Distribution accounts and for delivering client-focus solutions based on customer needs.

  • generate sales of all products on a regional basis based on customer needs, by planning market segmentation & developing sales strategies for customer & channel groups.
  • Develop a business plan for Domestic Market for our Synthetic & Natural Range products (Identify & prioritize business opportunities in line with objective of business)
  • of Complaints (Ensure customer satisfaction, solve problems, respond quick & accurately, go the extra mile for customer)
  • Distributor Management (Identify & appoint dealers & distributors in new markets, constant updating of database
  • of Sales targets against Achievements, Planning for Shortfalls if any, plan for recovery of the said business and identifying New Opportunities in the Market for increase Market Share.

Technical Capabilities required:

  • have strong knowledge of Domestic Market
  • have Proficiency at developing B2B , Distribution network & channel management and Institutional segment.
  • have insights of Market Mapping
