Job profile: The candidate would be responsible to lead a team of Territory managers, BDMs and BDOs. He should be capable of planning, strategizing and achieving of sales target of the region. The candidate: MBA with good academic record and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Seeds and Pesticides industry. The candidate should be aggressive and target oriented.
