We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to drive sales and expand the reach of Branded Mobile across retailers, dealers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will:

1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
2. Manage payment recovery and ensure timely collections.
3. Supervise and motivate Tecno promoters at retail outlets.
4. Strengthen relationships with existing partners and onboard new retailers/distributors.
5. Strategize and execute plans for market expansion and revenue growth.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
7. Ensure effective promotion and visibility of Tecno products.
8. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and sales management skills.
