  • Daily Stores visit.
  • Travelling in various location for soucting for newstore location.
  • Maintaining and increasing brand sales.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for his dedicated area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and increasing customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers.
  • Make sure about the store ambience as per guideline.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual Sales reps .
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Allocating diff sales targettostore manager ,sales representatives.
  • Enveloping sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoringteam's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
