Responsible to handle large sales team

Act strategically to build and motivate team to generate the business as per the target.

Responsible to overseas the performance of team and guide & direct them towards achievement.

Responsible to analysis the market trend.

Responsible for team training from time to time and oversee sales improvements.

Responsible to establish Customer Relationship.

Proven ability to drive the sales force affectively.

Dynamic leadership skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Must have 7 12 Years experience in sales in Real Estate / Infrastructure Industry.

Strong networker & relationship builder

Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

Should have fluency in English and local language.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA (Sales and Marketing)
