Responsible to generate business from Delhi NCR for Diaper Category
Responsible to generate business from new stores and explore all possible channels to penetrate (general stores, pharmacy, supermarket, baby store etc. )
Ensure primary and secondary targets are achieved (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Strong hold in the diaper category with a good relation with big distributors and retailers
Thorough understanding of market and ability to handle scalable business
Good coordination with Head office to get the issues sorted out quickly
Business expansion plan and month on month new store additions
Ensure branding and field activations at store level
Market review of new products and services
Regular attending all meetings/reviews of the company
Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors and updating the management
Keeping the AR at a healthy level and consistent effort to reduce outstanding
Other Specification
Must have vehicle for store visits
Must have android phone to access our sales software
Basic understanding of MS Office and laptop/computer operation
Must have prior experience in selling diapers in a reputed brand
