Premier Tissues India Limited is a leading manufacturer and exporter of tissue products in the Indian market. The company is fully integrated with a paper mill and a converting plant, providing a wide range of tissue products. Premier Tissues state-of-the-art facility in Mysore, Karnataka is one of the largest in India, spanning 11 hectares of land and nearly 100,000 sq ft of built-up area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Premier Tissues India Limited. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the designated area of Bengaluru. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales and business development
• Ability to lead a team of 15sales officers and TSM
• Genaral Trade, Super Markets and Wholesale sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the tissue products industry is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
