Key Responsibilities

  • purely fmcg products home care segment
  • purly fmcg products Personal care segment
  • Lead and manage the entire Sales for the State. Strategies, Support and help execute distribution & BTL Activities
  • Strategies Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales. Develop newer markets in the region
  • Set and Exceed Targets for the region and team. Drive and Develop innovative schemes for the Distributors and Retailers.
  • Leading Sales and Marketing of products in the assigned territory within the budgeted cost .and maintaining financial hygiene across the territory.
  • Provide inputs to the Functional leadership teams on product, packaging & pricing decisions.
  • Being a part of the Leadership team of the Region, to provide Category insights basis superior category understanding, region specific industry dynamics and competitive intelligence.
  • To be the lead resource in assimilating, sharing & replication of best practices in Sales & Distribution basis internal and external learning.
  • Coordinate and ensure quality of Estimation as a key input to the Supply chain management process.
