Job Description
As an Area sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence in Energy Management, Power Quality Solution, Intelligent Switchboards, and High Security & Parking Management Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and growth areas.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies.
Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, contracts, and agreements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continually improve business development strategies and tactics.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and foster new relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in B.E/B. Tech.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
