You are responsible for

Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).
Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for entire Personal Care product range
Implement company's credit policy
Ensure region's Commercial is within budgets
Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing
Minimum 5 years of General Trade Channel Experience
Experience & knowledge of channel sales
Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.
Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management
Candidates having experience in the FMCG industry (preferred - cosmetic channel)
Good inter-personal skills
Strong in Data Analytics and MS office
