Urgent hiring for Area Sales Manager(Modern trade)
To develop business in the assigned area & achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the area.
- Achieve the primary and secondary target of the area.
Managing distributors efficiently. Ensuring the distributors payments are collected as per the terms agreed with the distributors.- Appointing efficient distributors, as per the need of the business.
Managing Retail and Modern Trade outlets efficiently. Maintaining hygiene at Retail level by ensuring proper rotation of stocks in the trade to avoid damage.
- Ensure our products are at eye-level in the retail outlets
Other Skills
- Functional English skills (ability to speak, write and read)
Fluent regional- Hindi/local language skills (ability to speak, write and read)- Should have team handling experience of SO & appointing distributors,
Experience working in General Trade as well as Modern Trade.
- Sales Experience in selling premium products would be an added advantage.
