Job Title: Area Sales ManagerWe are searching for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our sales team.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market.
This includes targeting key accounts, maintaining strong sales, and driving the sales process to achieve targets.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
The Area Sales Manager will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring the team meets its sales objectives.
- Salon industry experience and network is a must.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department
Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
Liaising with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Working closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
Communicating with team members to identify any barriers to sales success and work to eliminate those barriers
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Build and maintain customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Salon industry experience and network is a must
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
