Business Manager Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
To ensure that all sales executives exceed the sales targets provided to them.
Understand the Annual Sales Plan from Superior and cascade it to geography-wise plans
Report for review with the management team for analysis and approval of the action plan
Help the team complete the Daily Sales Report
identify potential customers and register opportunities & Provide the same to the Sales Executive
Help in generating Leads Via Digital platform, PDP, and Cold Calling
Improve lead closures by coordinating with other teams
Create the database for all influencers i.e. Contractors & Architectures
Consistently be in touch and follow the same to get the sales
Providing all attractive schemes or any other Benefits and Motivate all and arrange promotional activities with Influencers
Personally visit all influencers/ Phone calls
Regular visits /Interactions with old/New Influencers and submit feedback reports to sales coordinators
Create the database through market mapping with market size and availability of total Dealers
To Cover or Reach for Zero Sales Areas or Blank Areas to shortlist new dealers
Regularly visiting all Channel Partners and Motivating them to achieve sales targets
Maintaining a positive trend in the Dealer Market Share
Coordinate with the Sales Executives and execute the scheduled meeting plan.
