Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for launching Brand Partners products in assigned state / territory
  • Responsible for achieving revenue and volume targets
  • Responsible for leading the state / area team
  • Responsible for appointment of Super Distributors , Distributors and Retailers
  • Responsible for developing and implementing beat / coverage plans
  • Responsible for ensuring availability and visibility of products at targeted number of retail outlets
  • Responsible for timely collections
  • Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory levels in distribution
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth and transparent implementation of schemes and promotions
  • Responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and Key Accounts
  • Responsible for resolving issues
  • Responsible for product feedback and competition activities

Profile

  • 8 10 years of experience in FMCG in General Trade
  • At-least 3 - 4 year experience as ASM in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
  • Strong expertise in Distributor Handling and Key Accounts Handling.
