Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Cosmetics
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales activities and drive business growth in the Panchkula and Chandigarh markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and stockists, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
- Identify and appoint distributors and stockists in strategic locations to ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key stakeholders to drive sales and maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
