Role Description

• Building & Leading a team of 5-7 sales managers.
• Should have product knowledge of all LOB's.
• Responsible for P & L of the respective region.
• To develop new business by tapping new accounts focusing on capturing revenue opportunities from potential clients.
• Creating a database of potential corporate clients.
• Creating revenue pipeline.
• Timely reporting to the Business Head.
• To coordinate with the Business Head and leverage upon the support teams in Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd such as underwriting, Servicing, Claims etc.

Experience :

• Minimum 7 Years & above of Sales Experience in a General Insurance Company
• Insurance Broking Industry. (Direct Corporate Sales experience is a must).
• Proven team handling experience.
• Fair knowledge of all lines of business in General Insurance.
