Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Understand market dynamics and competition to shape our product offerings and sales strategy.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in the region.
  • Launch and promote our portfolio in on-trade establishments and retail outlets.

Account Growth:

  • Identify and manage key corporate accounts, ensuring their needs are met and objectives achieved.
  • Drive product launches and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and support to Sales Teams to enhance performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Review feedback and suggest improvements to enhance business processes.
