This is a team handling role- Sales acquisition through channel distribution is the key role
Must have sound knowledge of Mortgage product and competition offering
- Assist Head Relationship Manager in executing successful micro-events for acquisition of new clients. Acquire new clients from channels and direct sourcing by himself and allocated team members. Acquire new clients from channel partners and from existing customers. Should be able to hire , train & groom Sales managers in his team .
Should be able to hire , train , add more and more channel partners to enhance new business opportunities- Should have the flair for cross selling of bank products
Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell from existing customers
- Risk Management & Governance: Ensure awareness and adherence with the Know Your Customer policy, Anti Money. Laundering Policy, Mis-selling Policy, Information Protection Policy, Operational Risk, Code of Conduct and other laid down compliance norms of the bank as stipulated from time to time
Provide regular feedback on the changing customer needs to the Product team and Service Quality team. Any suspicious transaction to be immediately reported to the Area Manager. Promotion of Alternate Channels and Doorstep Banking. Increase customer contact ability by capturing email address and mobile number.
- Your skills and experience
5 10 years of experience into Mortgage business sourcing from team members specially LAP- Candidate must have thorough knowledge on sales distribution.
Candidate must have earlier worked in similar roles with competition financial institution
- Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed
