Job Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Experience: 6 to 8 years (Lighting Industry preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
• Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
• Building strong relationships with key accounts..
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience; in the lighting industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Having a distributor & dealer network
