Team Size: 4-6 direct reportee & 12-14 indirect reportee
Area covered : Madurai,Dindugul,Theni, Viruthunagar,Sivagangai,Ramnad, Viruthunagar,Sivagangai,Ramnad, Tirunelveli,Tuticorin , Kanyakumari, Coimbatore,erode,nilgiris,tiruppur and karur districts
Role and Responsibility
Primary sales and Redistribution.
Strengthening of distribution network and stockiest infrastructure
Execution and monitoring of inputs related to trade.
Demonstrate values and ethics of company through exemplary Behavior.
Effective management of Sales officers, TSI,Isr and Rsr .
Handling 2 Sales officers 4 TSI and 18 Isr/Rsr
Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA Work experience of 8-12 yrs in FMCG distribution sales preferably from Home care personal care laundry segment.
Prior experience off handling team
Hands on experience of area
Good Communication skills & Analytical skills
