Principal Accountabilities: -
Business Planning: To study the market dynamics of industry & plan expansion of revenue in HPV portfolio. Segregate & develop action plan for existing & new customers as well as product lines. Identify & address competitor activity.
Business Development: To profitably grow the business for ViperLT instrument & Consumables by building a strong channel partner network and pipeline of prospective customers and increase market share for BD.
Focus towards finding out projects around HPV testing and presenting BD Viper Lt system as the solution.
Market sensing through collection & collation of data from market (Dynamics of market, Market Need & Competitor's activity) and provide feedback to marketing from time to time.

Maintain proper MIS i.e., customer profiles, prospective client list, consumables
consumption and sales by distributor/account.
Take on additional responsibility in form of new projects / special tasks assigned on a need / time basis.
