- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance or service.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the medical devices industry.
- Identify opportunities for new business development and areas for market expansion.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
