Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and secure new business to meet sales targets.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and provide support services.
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through professional service and advice.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of prospects, current clients, and past clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
- Contribute to the Annual Sales & Marketing plan, targeting key customers/groups.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to define credit terms and achieve payment.
- Attend workshops and training programs.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in logistics software, insurance, commercial vehicles, tires, or related fields.
- Experience with commercial fleet owners is a plus.
- Strong ability to liaise with potential customers.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute business development initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in product demonstrations, especially in the SaaS industry, is an advantage.
