Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for central vacuum systems and ventilation products in your designated area, aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory, regularly monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners, to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our central vacuum systems and ventilation products, staying updated on technical specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate these to customers.
- Technical Consultation: Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our products.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Use this knowledge to develop pricing and product strategies that can give us a competitive edge.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the advantages of our products.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns, and provide post-sale support as needed.

- Receive Training From Service Manager Or Appropriate Party For New Or Changed Services
- Receive Certification On Team Readiness
- Monitor And Review Process Effectiveness And Ensure Service Level Agreements Criteria Are Met
- Provide Input To Service Manager Regarding Changes, Gaps, Or Improvements, As Needed
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures And Knowledge Base Which Includes Identifying Repetitive Questions Or Requests That Can Be Addressed Through The Self-Service Model
- Manage And Perform The User Acceptance Testing Of Hr Systems, Applications And Macros
- Lead And/Or Support Hr Projects, As Assigned, Which Includes Driving Improvement Projects To Enhance Hr Team'S Accuracy And Efficiency In Delivering Hr Services
Support Hr System Transactions And Programs Across The Employee Lifecycle
- Administer Changes To Worker Data, Such As Insurance Change Forms, Marital Status, Loa, Separation (For Defined Groups), And Termination Of Benefits
- Administer The Employment Verification Process And Employment Data Tracking, Including Work Authorization
- Facilitate Position Management And New-Hire Processing In The Hris Tool
- Hire And Maintain Non-Employee Workers
- Provide Support And Coordinate Work Across Hr Functions
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and preferably an MBA from a reputed business school.
- Strong technical background and an aptitude for understanding complex technical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Previous sales experience or a background in selling technical products is a plus but not mandatory.
