Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales operations in the assigned area, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, conducting market research, and providing sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with more than 2-3 years in pharma sales and business development in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of the local market, retailers, stockists, doctors etc.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
