Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Area Sales Manager. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers.
This is a full-time position with an employment type of Full-Time.
Candidate should have field experience preferably in FMCG products.
Candidate to deal with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, Hotels and Restaurants, catering food industry on a daily basis.
Taking care of retail sales preferable Foil and Tissue industry. (Business Development Executive).
Qualifications And Skills
4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry, Min 10+2, Graduate preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell FMCG products within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining existing customer base
Provide product demonstrations and training to Major Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and forecasts.
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
- Channel Management
- Cost Management
- Month wise business forecasting,bench marking the previous year
- Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
